Proprietary Tooling & Asset Protection: Any specialized molds, research data, or customized activation formulas developed through customer-funded R&D shall remain the exclusive property of the Client. Tongke undertakes to provide professional maintenance and secure storage at no additional cost during the term of cooperation. We strictly guarantee that such customized assets will not be utilized for any third-party orders without prior written authorization.

Price Volatility & Force Majeure
Pricing Stability & Cost Linkage: Quotes are subject to a defined "Validity Period." In the event of significant fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., coconut shell, coal) exceeding ±5%, a price adjustment mechanism will be activated through mutual consultation. Force Majeure: Delays caused by uncontrollable factors (e.g., natural disasters, material shortages, or shipping disruptions) shall be governed by Incoterms 2020. Both parties shall seek solutions based on international trade practices to minimize impact, rather than unilateral breach of contract.

Governing Law
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China and international commercial standards. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the matter shall be submitted to the designated arbitration commission.
